Background
Ruthless leader of BAB (BOIs Against BOIs) and ruler of cosmic ocean . Sir Captain Waterbeard holds a tight grip of the cosmic oceans with his tiny flagship no bigger than a pin head. He uses cosmic dust to cloud the oceans and distract trade vessels so he can attack undetected. Using his 22 21 gigawatt mega DONGs to pelt his victims with rubber toothpicks. He has around 666,000,000 vessels under his command according to the 18,000,000 Mi census. Armed with nothing but his water beard he drowns his enemies in it without a second thought. He is also constantly drowning himself, but this only strengthens him, as asphyxiation is actually his fetish, though I am still reporting truth.Template:Truth
