Jioo The Seeress (Formerly: Jioo Bliboop) is a fortune and future-telling seeress, former apprentice under Bap-Pap, and the only known human-to-jovian transformation case known in Dwaia (at the time of writing). She is recognized as a spiritual and as an important religious figure to spiritualists and supra-natural seekers who have either had an experience with Jioo or read about them. As a figurehead of her art, Jioo uses a combination of tangible possibility and Jovian cloud magic to scry into the future, fulfill the wishers' wishes, and to spread a misty positivity in her wake.
