A kind cave dwelling being lurking in the Great Caverns of Dwaia. He is encountered in many places of the Caverns with his large shop set up, where he will always be happy to trade his various Good and services. Tinbel Rebeb has never been seen setting up his shop and there is no indication of how he manages to move it throughout the caverns so fast. His inventory is large and varied having many rare and mysterious objects, how he obtains them is unknown. Even though in an interview he said he gets it off of dead adventures he finds, no one believes him because he is such a nice guy.
