Berkhamsted is an old industrial town south of Larton. Berkhamsted started as a hamlet and milestone for prospectors and adventurers who were traveling further north to Larton and its rich swamps. Later, it grew according to Larton's growth and became an industrial town to aid Larton, as Larton aided Berkhamsted indirectly with tourism. After the attempted invasion of Larton by Edgeon, Berkhamsted became more independent from Larton and has become an important factor in the local supply trade.
The most predominant feature of Berkhamsted is the local governmental building, home to the Lavender Farmer's League.
