The original Duane, a narcissistic neuroscientist who modified his entire genome so much he turned into a transforming goop person. his obsession with cloning is what caused the creation of the Duane kin.
All his clones are failures in both intellect and ability, this is the main reason he doesn't consider himself a Duane kin because he's a racist.
