Fire (element)

Fire, notated Ig, is a very toasty element, dries up bread fast. It is the fifth of the six Base elements of the World of Dwaia, and its associated Plane is also known as the the Fifth out of the six planes. It is quite hot and does an ouch if you touch it when you forgot to drink a fire resistance potion. Fire shines often red, though it can shift throughout the colour spectrum the more powerful it becomes, ending at pure white like Japalenon. Its very existence may be fleeting, and has been generated spontaneously by certain materials. It may also persist indefinitely, devouring ravenously all that there is to be devoured. It can be freely harnessed by magic, and might even exist in a stabilized state within Fire-based beings.

Fire can be intensely dangerous to Bo-kind, but it is also endlessly useful. It was once said that a great, super-important guy once bestowed the wonders of Fire upon humanity at the expense of himself. Nobody really believes that happened anymore, though.

Traditionally, Fire is associated with the Strength stat.

Fire-based entities

Certain creatures in the World of Dwaia are composed primarily or entirely of Fire and its aspect-imbued variants. These beings include:

Fire-based creatures generally inhabit southern regions of the First Plane such as Fire Land, and make up the sole permanent population of the Plane of Fire.
