Hornethulasia Gauthwelder of Iridesyne CXVII is the 7204th heir to the throne of Iridesyne, an empire believed to have formed before Dwaia itself did. She, just like the 7203 Gauthwelders before her, is tasked with welding the Gauths, dimensional ripples from which Iridesyne derives its power, but which also constantly threaten it with spawns from other worlds (especially the insidious Moist Clowns, which show up to your kid's birthday party like normal, but then begin lactating through their skin and turning people into balloon animals). Her unique power is the ability to "thule horns", as was written in the Book of Iridesyne at the beginning of time and also it's in her name. No one is quite sure what "thule" means, since it's an extremely outdated Archaic Iridessian verb, but at least she seems to possess powers to do with both meanings of the word "horn", having displayed command over beasts (horned beast, but also unhorned beasts, though she needs to give those horns first) as well as sound (mostly doots because horns, but she can manipulate the doots into any desired sound). These powers, as well as her political influence, have landed her a rare seat among the BOI.

Election

Hornethulasia was democratically elected by her parents to be their child, and therefore heir of Iridesyne, with a 33% majority vote. (Iridessians have three parents and 18 of the 32 biological sexes are still not emancipated.)

Conspiracy

Some believe that Hornethulasia is not the true heir to the throne, and in fact, this title belongs to someone called Borneblebasia Gauthwelder. This movement is spearheaded by Borneblebasia herself. She made the following statement to a local newspaper:

"Hornethulasia says she can thule horns. That's bullshit. What even is a thule? [sic] And what's her power do? Tame animals and make music? Bitch, anyone can do that. [she proceeds to spend two hours attempting to tame a stray dog and failing to do so, getting bitten in 25 places, then continues to speak as if nothing had happened] Also, by that logic, my power is to birth blebs, which as we all know is the ultimate power. So yeah, I challenge Horno to a duel, please give this message to her. Also, two scromburgers, bogo fries, and a large... What do you mean this isn't the drive-thru?"
