Special Containment Procedures: SC🅱-06 is to be observed by an active personnel group of 5 armed guards at all times of the day to avert civilians from harm, but also to stop them from sampling chairs from the site.
- If a citizen has a legal receipt for their chair, or a name-tag on the chair accompanied with valid identification, the citizen is allowed to take their chair home. Before doing so, the chair should undergo a standard de-cursing procedure, such as the Forgetting Cloth or Sylberge's Syringe. However, if no such procedure is available, the citizen can call upon their Right To Chair and get the chair back anyway.
Description: SC🅱-06 is a large pile of chairs in an alley of downtown Dwaia. The chairs appear randomly in the proximity of the pile, at random times of the day (or night), and in random quantities. The quality of the chairs also seem to be completely random. The chairs that appear onto the pile are teleported from what is believed to be all around the city of Dwaia. What causes the teleportation is unknown, and is unable to be recorded or observed.
