Special Containment Procedures: SC🅱-173 is to be contained in a standard 3x3x3 meter concrete cell, fashioned with at least 20cm of sound-dampening material from the outside. Said material is to be inspected and replaced, if needed, on a bi-weekly basis. In addition, eight loudspeakers producing anti-frequencies tuned according to addendum 21-C must be switched on at all times, and must be hooked to at least one backup generator at all times.

Description: SC🅱 - 173 is a humanoid torso-bust made from marble. It is animate and extremely hostile. When approached by humanoids, SC🅱 - 173 will begin to contort its mouth in a grotesque manner and begin yodeling, quickly building up volume to up to roughly 100 decibels. If SC🅱 - 173 is allowed to continue, it will reach up to 150 decibels within minutes. Any animate creature exposed to the yodeling, regardless of the ability to hear, will find themselves unable to move or have movement made extremely difficult. After roughly 20 seconds, the affected subject will begin experiencing spontaneous loss of matter, leading to rapid failure of vital organs, or loss of life essence in case of elementals. This matter is absorbed by SC🅱 - 173 in an effort to grow new limbs. SC🅱 - 173 was created with no arms or lower body, and it seems incapable of forming coherent limb patterns. Limbs created via matter absorption will deteriorate at a fast pace, with no recorded example lasting longer than 24 hours. SC🅱 - 173 was procured in the aftermath of Incident ███, where SC🅱 - 🅱 breached containment and subsequently escaped into the nearby town of █████████. According to interviews with SC🅱-🅱 afterwards, it made a gesture known as "finger-guns" at a manikin, which subsequently turned to stone and would not stop screaming. According to SC🅱-🅱, it repeated the gesture, changing the screaming to "something more pleasant, you'know"

As of incident ██, all testing on SC🅱 - 173 has been halted.

173-A: A list of created Limbs.

██/██/████: Subject created feet for hands, and hands for feet. Subject began galloping around incoherently, which ultimately lead to its detainment.
██/██/████: Subject successfully created a normal lower half, with the exception of its ████████████, which was abnormally twisted.
██/██/████: After consuming two trash elementals, Subject manifested several anime box sets and deluxe edition items from recently released video games.
██/██/████: Subject created two entire secondary heads identical to its original head at the base of its left arm and right leg. Both heads subsequently became agressive towards SC🅱 - 173 and began yodeling, leading to total paralysis of SC🅱-173 until the other heads expired.
[Researchers note: It seems that SC🅱-173 is immune to its own matter-absorbind effects. Either that or the absorbed matter was instantly used replace itself once lost. Further research is required.]
