Breath (scientific notation: Ae☥) is an element that is expelled by the respiratory system of animals. Animals breathe in Air, to be used as a catalyst in bodily processes. In this process, the Air becomes imbued with the Life energy of the animal, turning it into Breath. Because Breath functions less well as a catalyst than Air, it is repeatedly expelled to acquire new, fresh air.
Breath is turned back into Air by Plant-based organisms, who extract the life energy from it.
