Based on Wikipedia's hatnotes.

Example usage:

{{hatnote|I like big chungus}}

becomes:

I like big chungus

If you want to add a "See also:" to an articles, you can write

{{hatnote|See also: [[Foot & Lettuce Disease]]}}

to get

See also: Foot & Lettuce Disease
