The spires are the vertices at the corners of Dwaia. There are eight of them, and each one has three faces, which each extend from the three sides of Dwaia that meet at that corner. The spires are of infinite surface length, yet they are finite when viewed from the outside, maintaining Dwaia's overall cubic shape. This means each plane actually has 8 sides, 4 of which are very small, which is significant to the Cult of 8.
